Final round

Hi Jordan,

Thank you for the time you invested through all four rounds. Your system design approach was particularly impressive.

We've decided to move forward with another candidate, but I want you to know this was one of the closest decisions we've made.

We'd love to stay connected — we're opening a similar senior role in Q3 that could be a great fit.

Warmly,
Sarah Kim · Engineering

Questions
and answers

Does Rob write contracts from scratch?

No. Contracts compose from your reusable clause library. Legal text has to be consistent across offers for compliance, so Rob handles composition, variables, and routing, and your clauses stay authoritative.

Can we route offers through an approval chain?

Yes. If your onboarding surfaced an approval workflow (finance, legal, CEO), Rob routes the draft internally before it reaches the candidate. Approvers sign off by email, no Jobsly account required.

What happens if the candidate goes silent during notice?

Rob runs notice-period check-ins automatically, timed by Rob rather than a schedule. Warmth, not spam. If the candidate does go quiet, Rob flags it early enough that you can intervene.

How does e-signature work with multiple parties?

Configurable signing order. Candidate, CEO, hiring manager, external, in any sequence. Rob enforces the order, chases signatures, and auto-transitions the contract to Active when all parties complete.

Does the candidate know Jobsly is involved?

No. Every touchpoint runs under your brand and domain: career page, scheduling page, email, offer letter, rejection. Jobsly is invisible infrastructure.

What about candidates we reject at the end of the pipeline?

Rob sends personalised rejections in your voice. No ghosting. Door left open for future roles where appropriate, especially for candidates who went deep into the pipeline.

How does quality-of-hire tracking work?

Post-hire surveys go to hiring managers at 30, 60, and 90 days. Outcomes feed back into Rob’s scoring intelligence. Over time, Rob learns which signals actually predicted success for your team and adjusts rubrics accordingly.
